This section should hopefully help answer some of the question you may have or shed some light on some of the problems you may be experiencing. Please refer to these FAQs before emailing us for help.
Question: How do I check or change my site profile.
Answer: You can check or change your site profile by accessing your control panel with the username and password you used upon registering.
Question: I have forgotten my username, how do I find out what it is?
Answer: Check your emails of when you registered, if you still can’t find it then, have a look at your button code entered into your site the code will look like this and in the code as highlighted below is your username.
Question: I have forgotten my password, how do I retrieve it?
Answer: You can retrieve you password via our password recovery process where you enter your email address with which you registered and via email you will receive your password.
Question: My banner isn’t displaying when I enter the code into my site, what is wrong?
Answer: Normally this is due to the fact that we don’t have enough banners for all our members, meaning that we limit the number of banners and those sites which aren’t quite as popular don’t have the banner displayed on their site. However if you just register your site on this topsite your site will start at the bottom and slowly climb the ranks which means until your site has been listed for a day or two your banner probably won’t display. So give the banner 48 hours to appear before emailing us your concerns.
